Shipping Policy
At PackShack, we strive to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. Please read the following shipping terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Shipping & Delivery
- PackShack arranges shipping with a carrier on behalf of the buyer.
- The buyer is fully responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
- PackShack is not liable for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur while the order is in transit with the shipping carrier.
- Estimated delivery time:
- 3-4 working days, depending on the product ordered.
- For orders below ₹3,000, shipping is done within 5 working days of receiving the order.
2. Non-Delivery Report (NDR) & Return to Office (RTO)
- If a parcel is marked as Non-Delivery Report (NDR) due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to our office (RTO).
- We do not offer redelivery or refunds for RTO parcels.
- The customer may collect the RTO parcel from our office within 30 days after it has been returned to us.
- If redelivery is required, the customer must:
- Email us at business@packshack.in for approval.
- Pay the applicable shipping fees before re-dispatch.
- If the shipping fees are not paid or the RTO parcel is not collected within 30 days, the order will be archived and will no longer be available for redelivery or collection.
