Crop Marks:

   * Artwork includes a 5-6mm crop mark.

Proof Approval:

   * Proofing will be conducted via WhatsApp.

   * If the provided number is not on WhatsApp, proofs will be sent via email. ( Customer Must Inform about not having Whatsapp over Email on business@packshack.in

   * If no approval is received within 24 hours of sending the proof, the order will be automatically approved and sent to production.

Sizing:

   * All artwork sizes must be specified in inches. The equivalent size in Centimetres or Millimetres can also be provided.

Dispatch Time:

   * Dispatch times vary for different products. Please refer to your order confirmation for the specific estimated dispatch date.

Order Freezing & Claims:

   * Orders will be "frozen" if they are not Provided with a Design within 30 days of the order being placed.

   * After this 30-day period, no claims can be made for the Order Unless Discussed over Email/ Whatsapp.

Color Variation:

   * Please be aware that there may be a slight colour difference between the final product and the on-screen representation of the design, Because Colours on screen are in RGB Format and Vary on the brightness and Screen Tone Settings, But Printing is Done on CMYK Basis

Readability of text depends upon the design  - Printed on Minimum 1200 x 1200DPI
